Henderson will be championing the growth of the company’s Americas customer base, further cementing Call Journey as a leading provider of global leading Conversation Analytics technology.

Using the latest AI and Natural Language Processing, the company gives organizations data insights to take their business to the next level and help them improve CX, business performance, risk management and compliance.

Henderson brings extensive experience with Cisco, a world leader networking and Unified Communications and at IBM where he built a 150-person inside sales organization from scratch. As a global business development manager for Cisco, he led go-to-market strategy for several components of their collaboration and UCaaS platform. As a National Channel Manager, he had transformational impact on several of Cisco’s largest partners and helped grow the business significantly.
He lives in Phoenix, Arizona and is passionate about family, health, and fitness. His goal is to live to the ripe old age of 100!
